About Suzanne

Originally from South Dakota, Suzanne moved to Maryland in 1992 and quickly developed a passion for real estate, establishing a commercial real estate career, starting in a law firm, moving to the business side in closing, and asset management. With over two decades of experience, coupled with an undergraduate degree in psychology, Suzanne has gained valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating buyers and sellers and offering support through what can be a stressful and exciting time. She understands that buying and selling a home is an emotional experience and strives to keep the process fluid, and as low-stress as possible by building trust and relationships with clients. Suzanne enjoys hiking with her dogs, traveling, and volunteering with local dog rescue organizations.
